Produced in only a few precious bottles, this wine is the realisation of an ambitious project. The choice of the single native grape variety and the selection of the best bunches are followed by 24 months’ ageing before bottling. Mantènghia is a purebred wine, intense and soft, which evolves over the years. Marketed 4 years after the harvest to express itself at its best, Mantènghja in the Gallurese dialect means ‘blessing’.
